Remote-first with quarterly in-person.
Time zones: UTC-8 to UTC+3. We travel to meet quarterly for planning and design review. The rest is async.
Margin discipline from day one.
We build for gross margin, not growth at any cost. Every engineer knows the unit economics of their surface.
Open-source citizenship.
We contribute upstream to vLLM, SGLang, and related projects. Your open-source record counts.
Open roles
Senior Inference Engineer
Own the vLLM serving stack on B200 nodes. Tune throughput, latency, and batch scheduling. Contribute upstream. Prior work on large-model inference stacks required.
Platform Engineer
Design and operate the multi-region compute fabric: provisioning, secrets, observability, and the customer-facing API gateway. Go + Kubernetes + Terraform.
Enterprise Account Executive
Own the pipeline for $100K+ ACV deals with regulated-industry buyers. You understand procurement, DPAs, and infrastructure. You close.
Security Engineer
Lead our SOC 2 Type II preparation, pen-testing program, and compliance posture. Own the security stack from network to application. CISM, CISSP, or equivalent background.

Hardware allowance.
$3,000 at hire for your workstation. Annual $500 refresh. We expect you to run models locally.
